Employment Source is looking for a Customer Service/Client Representative to work
(Full Time) in Billings.

Primary responsibility is customer service for current clients and developing new clients.Must really enjoy being on the phone.Must have professional phone etiquette.VERY detail orientedGood with computers

RESPONSIBILITIES:
·       Build relationships with clients in order to understand their culture
·       Communicate with clients on a regular (daily/weekly) basis regarding job openings
·       Create and Maintain detailed spreadsheets for client and employee record keeping
·       Constant web-based and social media research
·       Build relationships with employees
·       Cross train in other areas such as job postings, payroll and interviewing applicants
·       Visit clients off-site using own transportation (mileage rebursement)
ADDITIONAL:
·       Great at relationship building
·       Positive attitude and self-motivator
·       Great listener and communication skills
·       Great at follow-up
·       Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Outlook a must
·       Strong attention to detail and record keeping
·       Good analytical and organizational skills
·       Strong social media and web-based research skills
·       Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
·       Willing to learn new software and skills

PAY RATE:Â $22-$24 per hour depending on experience

SCHEDULE:Â Full Time
(Monday-Friday)
