LEAD MAINTENANCE WORKER

Employment Source is looking for experienced LEAD MAINTENANCE WORKER for RENTAL PROPERTIES to work (Full Time) in Billings.

 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Daily maintenance on rental properties (houses, apartments, trailers) to keep them in good condition.

Light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting etc.

MUST have your own TOOLS

Hammer, drill, saw etc.

WILL BE DRIVING COMPANY VEHICHLE

VALID Driver’s License required

Clean Driving Record required

Be able to lift 50 lbs

PAY RATE: $20.00-$25.00/hour

SCHEDULE: FULL-TIME (Monday-Friday 8am-5pm)
